I love lists and plans, and this sounds like a very doable goal! Know we're rooting for you and think you are a beautiful, smart, compassionate mommy, not an unhealthy, lazy mommy. The important thing is for YOU to feel confident and healthy. You have inspired me to set a goal for myself. I will walk/jog 3 times a week and 25 push ups/sit ups/lunges a day to start, working my way up in reps.
